Our Barbecue Grills are Equipped with Flavorizer Bars
Most gas grills use permanent Briquettes or Lava Rocks to catch meat drippings. Sometimes the Briquettes or Lava Rocks would catch on fire. To avoid the problem, Bull Outdoor Products have designed Flavorizer Bars.
The slotted Flavorizer Bars catches the meat juices just under the cooking grates, instantly vaporizes the drippings, and sends the char-grilled flavor back through the meat being grilled.This produces a hotter temperature and reduces "flare-ups" that can unevenly char the outside edges of the meat being grilled. With the Flavorizer Bars there are no messy rocks to flip over, it's easier to clean and will not draw unwanted insects.
