Dear Sirs, I received my American Outdoor Grill last week and couldn't be more pleased. When I placed my order I specified a specific week for delivery in the future to my cabin in the mountains. Well, they accidentally overlooked the future shipping date and when I was notified of the shipment that was now in progress they immediately and unequivocally acknowledged their error and had the shipper return the grill to them at their expense. When the correct shipping time came, my grill was delivered as promised, with the packaging in excellent condition. The packaging from AOG was phenomenal and the grill arrived in impeccable condition. The shipper is also worth recognizing. My cabin is up in the mountains on a one lane winding road with sharp turns. The shipper arrived, unloaded it with the lift gate and delivered it to my doorstep across the gravel drive with a helpful and pleasant attitude. I can't say enough about the ease of this transaction and how highly I recommend Gas Grills Now for any future outdoor needs. RECENTLY PURCHASED A BULL ANGUS NATURAL GAS GRILL(#75042). WE HAVE USED IT SEVERAL TIME OVER THE 4th OF JULY WEEKEND AND SO FAR THE GRILL HAS PERFORMED WELL BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. WE NOW HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO RAISE OUR GRILLING ABILITY TO MATCH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE GRILL. WE WERE ABLE TO GRILL FOR TEN(10) PEOPLE WITHOUT A PROBLEM MAKING SEVERAL DISHES RANGING FROM GRILLED SHRIMP, VEGETABLES, RIBS, CORN AND OF COURSE STEAK. To the CEO, Your website was easy to navigate and provided enough information without all of the typical "fluff" that we see so much of today. I placed an order with Harold. I can not comment on the quality of the fireplace or delivery, as I have not taken delivery yet. What I can say is this " Harold made the process very easy. He listened to what I had to say, made suggestions, allowed me time to digest his recommendations and then, the most surprising part of the call, after I said what I wanted there was no more attempt at up-selling me". He did try to provide a more expensive option for me, but in a very professional manor, I knew what I wanted and he did not lose a sale by applying undo pressure. He's a good one, keep him! Saturday afternoon in Palm Springs CA @ a customers home I ran into a few problems "this being my first installation" so I called your customer service line and asked for Harold who I originally spoke to when putting together the order. I wanted to email to say how impressed I was with the sales rep, Harold . He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of the questions I had.

My husband and I are looking to purchase a gas fireplace for our home and are not sure what fireplace would be the best fit.

This is to let you know when I opened the fireplace box to install the fire box the back was damaged. By working with Harold and Bonnie we are resolving all the issues regarding the firebox and some problems with the flue kit that was delivered.

As you could probably tell on the phone I wasn't particularly happy with the circumstances leading up to my phone call to customer service (nearly 3 weeks since I ordered my BBQ) but you gave me an honest response, offered to follow up and most importantly, actually followed through - within minutes. It is service like this that will make me and no doubt others come back to Wholesale Now rather than switch to the myriad of competitors.

Thank you Lou for all the help with the original order and getting my missing part sent to me. The service I received was good, and my product ("H" burner & venturi's) arrived in a timely fashion. And when my package arrived w/o one of the venturi, Lou was very helpful via phone calls, voice mails and email to get me the missing part once again in a timely fashion.

While I hope my grill will not need anymore repairs in the future, I will certainally would consider Wholesale Now for the parts if my grill needs help again.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a new REALY COOL BBQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The extra burners are here and the cover as well! The carton was crashed in at the bottom and pushed on the front door panels in a bit. They are not scratched and so far it looks as though the only minor effect is the left door which has the backing plate on the right side (sticks out about a half inch or so, so the right door closes against it keeping them even) got bent back slightly. If this is the only problem, which I believe is the case at this point, it will be no problem for me to correct. I had to come in and take a break for the effort involved with removing all the protective tape!!!! I'll let you know if I find anything else. Dear Wholesalenow

I am the proud owner of a Fire Magic Elite 50 Grill from Wholesalenow.com. My experience purchasing it from Wholesalenow was perfect. The sales consultants were a huge help and showed unending knowledge -- and as important, patience -- in assisting me in identifying the grill for me and answered my endless questions. Wholesalenow.com has been there for me post-sale as well for my continuing questions about the grill. Oh Yeah, the price was better than I could find anywhere and way under what local retailers asked. I doubt I would have received as good post-sale support from any local "fireplace" retailer.

The Elite 50 is a workhorse -- it's huge !!!! I now don't have to worry about cooking in shifts due to the size. More importantly, the heat is unbelievable -- particularly the infrared burners which are turning out perfect seared steaks, and NO MORE flare-ups from my old grill.

Wholesalenow was recommended to me by a friend and I've now recommended it to friends and family.

First of all, I love my new Fire Magic Regal II gas grill with Inferno I.R. burner. I have owned other ‘high end’ grills before, and this one gives me the flexibility to cook just about anything the way I like to.

Finally, I can consistently cook steaks that are juicy on the inside and have that great ‘crust’ on the surface. Given the price tag on this baby, I had very high expectations for performance, and this grill has delivered!
