The Lynx 36” Professional is available in three different configurations: free standing with ProSear burner and rotisserie, built-in with ProSear burner and rotisserie, and built-in with rotisserie. The 36” freestanding cart models feature heavy-duty storage doors and fold down shelves that can also be used as serving trays.
