27" Stainless Steel 2-Burner Barbecue Grill
The Lynx 27" grill is the most portable gas grill in the Lynx Professional Gas Grill Series. Even with its smaller size, no sacrifices have been made with respect to quality and features. Its construction and durability are among the best of any grill; Lynx uses cast 304 stainless steel and an arc welded design to avoid fasteners and seams that can lead to decreased durability. The Lynx 27" grill includes two cast red brass burners, each outputting up to 25,000 BTUs for a total of 50,000 BTUs. The 27" Professional Series gas grill has 470 sq.-in. primary cooking area and a 215 sq.-in. secondary cooking area. Normally you want to have at least 100 BTUs per square inch of cooking surface to adequately cook your food, the Lynx 27" grill is just over 106 BTUs per square inch. The high BTUs in conjunction with the heat stabilizing hood design and ceramic briquettes give you an amazing cooking experience. As with other grills in the Lynx Professional series, this grill is available in a built-in or freestanding cart configuration.
