The Echelon Series is built with cast 304#4 stainless steel, so your heavy duty gas grill will look virtually new forever.
With Fire Magic, you get customizable flavor and five different cooking styles, including convention, convection, rotisserie, infrared, or charcoal, so grilling will never be boring again. With the Fire Magic Echelon series, you get the rotisserie burner/kit standard, adding to the array of flavors you have to choose from when cooking on an Echelon gas grill. The customization continues with a standard watertight wood chip smoker drawer with dedicated burner. The thick grill surface also allows for better caramelization and will give any food that restaurant quality taste.

. As with all Fire Magic Echelon gas grills, "Comfort Touch" buttons come standard and add to its sleek design. With the Echelon series, weather is no longer a limiting factor when it comes to grilling. These gas grills are built with unique solid-state electronic ignition systems with glow plugs, so nothing will get in the way of quick, safe ignitions every time (not even rain!).
The double-insulated, weather proof hood will prevent browning on the the outside of the grill and add to longevity. Exclusive to the Echelon Series, an over-sized hood window comes standard, allowing you to monitor your grilling without lifting up the hood and disturbing heat (certain models only). Dual 12v automatic halogen lights have been placed under the hood so you can grill even when the days get short. After ignition, quarter-inch thick stainless steel "E" styled burners deliver precise, even heat so you'll never be worrying about hot/cold spots again. Removable heat separators allow for completely independent temperature zones; cook steak, hamburgers, and vegetables all at the same time and all to perfection. No other gas grills have the versatility that Fire Magic has to offer!
A surface and meat probe thermometer sends temperature readouts to a stylish LCD monitor, ensuring correct cooking times. All Fire Magic Echelon grills are built with a Feather Lite spring powered hood design, allowing you to lift up the hood easily with one finger while maintaining perfect insulation when not in use. Alternatively, a remote controlled electronic hood motor can be included so opening and closing the hood is as easy as the push of a button (E1060i only).

The Fire Magic Echelon freestanding gas grills are Fire Magic's flagship stand alone series. If you are looking for mobility along with the highest quality grills Fire Magic has to offer, your search ends here. All Echelon stand alone grills include two 110v electrical outlets on the cabinets, so you don't have to worry about covering any up. A 10' quick connect hose is included for natural gas. For propane, the hose and a regulator is included. A sliding propane cylinder tray is also included on propane models. Moving these grills is made easy by the high quality heavy-duty swivel wheels included. A fold down shelf is also included to ensure you always have enough room. When grilling, a retractable tool holder and paper towel holder can be used to keep everything organized. After you're done, store your tools below. The Fire magic Echelon freestanding series includes interior shelves and condiment holders, along with insulation lining the storage doors, which are fitted with designer handles. An 8' power cord is included, giving you plenty of room to place your grill wherever you like.
