Aurora A540
|
| Similar in many ways to the Fire Magic Aurora A530, the Aurora A540 has about 12 more square
inches of grilling surface. The key difference between the Fire Magic Aurora A530 and
the Fire Magic Aurora A540 is the burner set up. Additional burners have been added to the Fire Magic Aurora A540, and a
third temperature zone has been implemented, allowing you to grill three
different types of food at three different temperatures. As with the
other Aurora Series gas grills, an additional rotisserie back burner and
kit can be included on the Fire Magic Aurora A540. An additional side burner rated at 15,000 BTU can
be added to the Fire Magic Aurora A540s stand-alone model. See below for Fire Magic Aurora A540i built-in dimension requirements.

What type of burners do I want?
That depends on what type of food and how you like to cook; here are the differences.
All Cast Stainless Steel
If you like to cook a lot of different foods and want the most room and versatility, then the standard All Cast Stainless Steel burner is the way to go. With this setup, you will be able to vary your cooking temperature from 200-1000 degrees Fahrenheit. This gives you the ability to mix and match your grill zones and be able to cook everything from fish, poultry, and veggies to steak or ribs at the same time.
Left Burner Infrared
With this option, you get the standard temperature control of the stainless steel burner but can also boost your searing ability by going up to 1600 degrees Fahrenheit with the infrared burner. You still have great versatility on with the stainless steel burners, but your left burner is replaced by an Inferno Burner, giving you the ability to sear your steaks like no other.
All Infrared Burners
Get that restaurant quality sear! If you love seared steaks and other seared meat, then go with this configuration. Because the burners will only goes down to 600 degrees, you lose some of the versatility to cook fish and poultry. If that versatility isn’t a necessity, order your Fire Magic grill with All Infrared Burners.
Other Options
Not sure which to get? Don’t worry; with Fire Magic you have the ability to easily change burners at any time. You can purchase the Inferno Burner or standard burners later if you want to try other cooking styles.
